Solidly behind our guards are supervisors and managers who routinely attend the on-the-job training course to develop them to be effective personnel and loaders throughout our organization.
These course include Leadership Skills, Labour Law, The Role of a Supervisor/Manager, Problem Solving and Decision making, Crisis Management, Conflict Management, managing Change, Project Management, Time Management, How to Deal with People, Team Building, Motivation and Impactin the Workplace.
Our Own Training Centre
Because training and development is such an integral aspect of our strategy for growth, we have our Training Centre that is on separate premises from our Headquarters. This is where regular and special courses and training programmes are held.
Our guards go through a comprehensive training programme before they are assigned to a specific post. The programme consists of a client's site for client-specific security arrangement.
